Vegas 5-Spot
The 2024 Ugly Sweater Shoot is a NFAA Vegas 5-Spot that follows all rules and procedures from the NFAA rules and interpretations. This includes equipment regulations. Archers will shoot 4 minute ends, 5 arrows per end on a Vegas 5-Spot face. We will shoot 12 ends totaling 60 arrows. All NFAA age divisions apply.
Target Decoration
We are giving you and your friends a chance to decorate the target bale you’ll be shooting at! Pick your target mates and bring your favorite holiday decor to win a prize for best decorated bale. You’ll receive a notification for the option to pick your target mates before the day of the shoot.
*no glass decorations allowed
Ugly Sweater Contest
The holiday season is all about bringing people together in a jolly way, and that’s exactly what we hope to do with our Ugly Sweater Contest. We are encouraging all participants to show up in their festive sweaters with all the bells, whistles and creativity you want! At the end of the shoot, we will have a contest for the top three sweaters which will all receive an award!

Divisions
Freestyle: Any sight and written memorandum, hand operated release aid, rear stabilizer may not touch archer
Barebow: Stabilizers allowed, finger position can move
Freestyle Bowhunter: Max of 5 pin FIXED sight, stabilizer cannot exceed 12 inches, no magnification
Freestyle Limited Recurve: Olympic Recurve
Rec -This division does not recognize Age, Gender, or Bow divisions. Any bow that utilizes a hand operated release aid or released off the finger with or without a finger tab/glove. limited to 10 yards.
Target Selection
Cub and Rec divisions will shoot a single spot 60cm face target; There will be two archers per target face. Youth through Senior divisions will shoot a 5 - spot or single spot 40cm target face.
Prerequisites & Requirements
You MUST register online or via phone!
Registration closes December 17th, 2024 at midnight.
There is NO on-site registration, only check -in.

Shoot begins at 10 AM
Shoot ends at 2 PM Approximately
Awards immediately after shooting ends
Blank bale will be allowed from 9:00am - 9:45am
